My First Sober Paradise Retreat EVER – In sunny Spain!

Well peeps, my first ever Sober Paradise Retreat in sunny Spain is a wrap…! A fabulous group of 10 women from all over the world joined me. They came from far and near, from the United States, Austria, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Luxembourg & Canada!

And what an amazing experience it was… I am so grateful for each of my unique and beautiful guests that believed in my concept of sober retreats and joined me here this week❤️

Sobriety is LIVING LIFE TO THE FULLEST and it should be celebrated! To soberly connect in a holiday setting is a great way of doing that, even more so in this paradise-like location…

Sober Retreat in Spain

The retreat took place over 5 days and consisted of lots of fun and exciting activities, ranging from Vinyasa Flow Yoga to hiking, and guided meditations to an alcohol-free Cocktail Workshop. There were fun daily Bootcamp sessions, relaxing massages, a trip to Tarifa town, we even did a Wim Hof Method Workshop including an ICE BATH! No holiday is complete without an array of food and drinks of course, so we had delicious, freshly prepared, mainly plant-based food from Pachamama every day (prepared by the wonderful Bethany) plus yum alcohol-free cocktails and bubbles (besides coffee, teas, lemon water etc).

Picture all this in a gorgeous mansion surrounded by nature and overlooking the Atlantic and you might get…
