That here I share many tips, thoughts & personal stories that I hope will help you in case you´re either on the same path as me or thinking about heading this way… I mean, really, when is it EVER a better time to re-think your drinking than right now?!
We are in a world wide crisis… if there´s ever a time of your life depending on your health it´s now! So why not try out sobriety?
That said, I dó like nice drinkies! So when I decided to become a non-drinker I started to try out many different non-alcoholic drinks. Anything from beers & (sparkling) wines to all sorts of spirits. I also started to make lots of alcohol-free cocktails. You can find these right here.

Blue Dolphin Guide
Besides their online shop they also offer the “Blue Dolphin Guide”. This is a guide that shows you all bars and restaurants (Blue Dolphin Friends) that offer their drinks. So we can choose and pick restaurants based on their guide and enjoy delicious alcohol free options in the establishment of our choice. You can find this guide on their website.
Right now The Blue Dolphin only has 4 participants (3 restaurants & 1 bar, all in Barcelona) but they are constantly working on expansion. You will spot the Blue Dolphin Friends with the special icon on the window of the participating bar or restaurant. Just ask the waiter for their products and enjoy… From a beer or vermouth before lunch to a G&T afterwards. They offer it all!
