KVÎST Classica & Rosa

KVÎST what?!

KVÎST – The latest distilled non-alcoholic spirit, available now!

What is it?

The word ´KVÎST´ comes from the old Norwegian word meaning twig or botany. Originated in Norway, this is a new drink which is a complex handcrafted blend of 8 individual distillates; Juniper, Silver Birch, Orange Peel, Cardamom, Pimento, Cascarilla Bark, Gentian and Rhubarb Root. The company uses an innovative technique to absorb and retain the flavour of juniper and other botanical extracts without having the alcohol.

There are two variants of KVÎST; there is Classic and there is Rosa. KVÎST Rosa has one little extra ´feature´ in addition to the Classic. While both of these are inspired by the Nordic traditions of copper pot distilling with silver birch and other fresh foraged botanicals – with juniper and orange peel being the prevailing flavours – KVÎST Rosa has also been infused with herb and spice bitters to give it this cool, pink gin style.

KVÎST makes the perfect non-alcoholic G&T´s! And besides enjoying it neat it works beautifully in bubblypoptails (non-alcoholic cocktails) too –> As you can see in the pic below…
