The traditional paths, AA and rehab, aren’t the only ways anymore to get sober / become alcohol-free. Nowadays, there is quit lit, podcasts about sobriety, sober coaches and communities, and Instagram, with its many sobriety accounts!
Last year, I shared an overview of 14 awesome sobriety Instagram accounts of women. And today, you might guess it… Yep, I’m sharing my favorite sober accounts run by MEN!

9 Male Sobriety Accounts on Instagram

@happywithoutthehooch – Go follow Michael Sargood for some sober silliness AND more serious content. Michael does a lot for sober charities & communities in the UK too

@joshthenonalcoholic – Josh James is the owner of N/A bar Ocean Beach Café in San Francisco and a pioneer in the world of N/A drinks. He shares all the latest news and happenings in the N/A space

@marathon2sobriety – A super fun account by Luc Zoratto, who’s 7 years sober and offers a sober running club and tons of entertaining, and sometimes more serious, reels; always inspirational


@stresssessions – Luke Clark, who’s living with anxiety and depression and openly shares about his experiences with this, has a podcast about mental health. He’s helping to crush the stigma around men’s mental illness, both on his Instagram as well as through his podcasts

@better_life_guy – This account is from Matt Pink, co-founder of the DRYY app, a positive and vibrant online and offline alcohol-free community. On his Instagram account, you’ll find more about his own journey, private life, and inspirational posts about living an alcohol-free life

@andyramageofficial – Follow this account if you’re looking for information about all things alcohol, including what it does to/with you. Here Andy Ramage (performance coach & co-founder of the DRYY app), will tell you in super upbeat, fun, and positive videos

@alcoholexplained – This is the account from William Porter, author of the sober bibles Alcohol Explained no. 1 and 2. He debunks any myths about alcohol in both his books and on his Instagram account

@soberdave – David Wilson is a trauma informed sobriety coach, and this is his account. It’s a more serious sobriety account, filled with experiences, information, tips, and interesting, thought-provoking posts
The Instagram Sobersphere
All these accounts have very different angles and vibes but the same goal… To inspire you to live your best life alcohol-free!
