I can´t wait to try this alcohol-free Pink Gin from Lyre´s but I have to be patient I think… As it seems to be developed exclusively for the UK market, I need to figure out a way how to get my hands on a bottle… living in Spain and all 😉

So how to make a perfect (Pink) G&T? Simply following these steps:

1. Fill your favourite highball glass with ice
2. Then pour 50ml of your (Pink) Gin of choice 
3. Add 200ml of Premium Tonic
4. Stir gently (not too much, as that will flatten the drink)
5. Garnish with a slice of lime
