Caleño tested n tasted

Have you tried CALEÑO yet?

Tonight I have tried [MBP_AA_LINK “MBP_AA_LINK_CALENO”]…! – This is a distilled non-alcoholic spirit with a tropical infusion of juniper, citrus and spice botanicals. It is brought to you by the founder, Ellie (yep, first name only, just like Madonna…). Ellie was inspired by the energetic, sunny culture of her heartland Colombia. Her aim with this drink is “to bring fun to ´not drinking´” – Let´s see if she succeeds…

THE REVIEW

I really like this! Its fresh yet tangy with a nice citrus-y flavour, yum. I mixed it with my favourite [MBP_AA_LINK “MBP_AA_LINK_FEVERTREETONIC”], Elderflower, and added some fresh slices of lemon (which I literally just plucked from our own lemon tree – true story!). This is delicious, I’m sold…

NEWS

Word on the street is that the [MBP_AA_LINK “MBP_AA_LINK_CALENO”] family will grow: In January 2020 they will be introducing a 50cl bottle as well as a brand new flavour which will feature fresh notes of papaya and pineapple, alongside their signature blend of Inca berry and juniper. I look forward trying this one too.

Furthermore I read that [MBP_AA_LINK “MBP_AA_LINK_CALENO”] will go on tour – Their brand ambassadors are hitting the road: * Sainsbury’s Christmas Mocktails – stores nationwide – 28/29 Nov.
* CALEÑO Pop-up – Sainsbury’s Cambridge (Brooks Road) – ‪30 Nov.‬
* CALEÑO Pop-up – Sainsbury’s Bristol (St. Phillip’s Marsh) – ‪7 Dec.‬
