Tonight no. 17 in my 24 alcohol free Cocktails of Xmas – Spiced Island Iced Tea…!!
How to make it…

Start with adding ice to a shaker. Then add your favourite Iced tea. Usually I make my own Sun Tea but due to lack of sun and other Christmas priorities I opted for a bottled green tea today – Té Verde Hierbabuena from Mushutea. Next step is adding 25ml of Easy Mixers (Flavour: Tea Mine), 50ml of Lyre´s Spiced Cane Spirit, and a squeeze of lemon. Shake well and add the mixture to the glass of your choice. Add some lemon parts including one for on the brim. Top it off with a splash of bubbles. In this concoction I used sparkling water as the iced tea was quite sweet but a splash of ginger beer works well too!
