Wouldn’t it be wonderful to meet other sober women, in a gorgeous, alcohol-free setting? A place to connect with each other, while at the same time enjoying some me-time away from home? To rejuvenate, to get inspired & to simply have fun?

Sober Retreats

That´s what I´m offering…! Since 2021 I have been organising fun sober retreats in sunny Spain, and for 2025 I have added a BRAND NEW retreat: The Sobertopia® City Retreat in San Francisco, California (US). It will take place in a beautiful Victorian-style house in the middle of the city, surrounded by beautiful parks. More details to follow shortly, but be sure to SAVE THE DATE: November 21-23, 2025.

What are my retreats about? Think: Women-only trips filled with fun activities, interesting workshops, amazing food, relaxation & connection… without any alcohol in sight! My Sobertopia® retreats are aimed at sober (curious) women like you and me that like (or need!) a break from day-to-day life, while wanting the possibility to connect with each other. Since sobriety, either by (lifestyle) choice or necessity, is still frowned upon in today’s society, it can feel a bit lonely sometimes to be sober. You might often be the ´odd one´ out on social occasions, as we all know most social activities are drenched in alcohol, from weddings & Christmas celebrations, to dinner parties & (kids!) birthday parties… But on my retreats you are the normie, it’s the place where you belong!

While wanting to connect, you also might want to get away for some peace and quiet. On my retreats, you can be as solo or social as you want. I create havens for both introverted as well as extroverted sober women (and anything in between). If you love yourself some me-time, make sure to choose a private room, and revel in the moment of quality solo time away. Most of my guests come alone, but you are more than welcome to bring along a sober (-curious) friend! Or your sister, niece, aunt or mum 😉 And rest assured: You might come alone, but you will leave with new sober buddies for life!
